Advent is a season of waiting, a time of preparation. It’s not Christmas yet. Advent reminds us that before celebration comes expectation, and before joy comes longing. This season, we reflect on the promises of God—both fulfilled in Jesus’ first coming and anticipated in His return. Advent slows us down, helps us light one candle at a time, and reminds us that hope, peace, joy, and love are gifts we receive as we prepare our hearts.
In a culture that rushes to the finish line, Advent teaches us to savor the journey. It’s a sacred pause to remember why Christmas matters.
Join us for our Advent Nights the first 3 Sunday nights in December at 6:30 pm. These nights will be a chance to pause, reflect, and prepare together as a community.
Join us on Sunday December 22nd at 6:00pm for our candlelight service.
